PTE. F.J. WALKE KILLED.

Pte. Frank J. Walke, reported killed in action to-day, was reported suffering from shell-shock in a cable received by his wife and two children living at 296 Rhodes ave., on Saturday last. In his last letter he stated he was returning to the trenches and hoped he would have continued good luck. Walke had been 7 months in the trenches with a draft of the 81st Battalion when he received the shell-shock which may have been the cause of his death. Walke was 27 years of age, born in Toronto, and was employed at Logan’s Brick Co. prior to enlisting.
